Based on a brief competitor analysis, Headspace and Calm came out to be the biggest competitors for the product. I focused on creating an enhanced feature set that focuses on the problem and creating a product that was market-fit.

Introducing the #FindYourMomentAnywhere hashtag to allow users to show off Ukiyo's key features by using it whenever they meditate. Also, creating a 'How it works' video to gain sign-ups for personalized meditation suggestions through the fake landing page.
Users will appreciate the ability to set reminders and notifications to
encourage them and prompt them when to meditate.
70 % users will practice personalized meditations through Ukiyo's prompts notifications and reminders
Mechanical Turk
Send them a timely customized meditation nudge with a suitable technique based on their calendar schedule.
