I didn’t grow up knowing what “product design” was.

I grew up with frugal inventions, which we called jugaad!

If something didn’t work, you found a workaround. If a process was confusing, you learned to tolerate it. If a system failed you, you adjusted your expectations. It taught me creativity - but it also taught me how much people silently adapt to bad experiences.

That’s probably why I’m obsessed with clarity now.

Currently at Bectran, I design workflows that help finance teams move faster, reduce uncertainty, and make confident decisions.
I’m drawn to messy, high-stakes problems: dense data, edge cases, and “too many steps” experiences. I enjoy turning them into calm, guided flows - supported by strong information hierarchy, thoughtful UX writing, and scalable systems.
